 Motorola Q or Q9c
Solution For subscribers using the Motorola Q or Q9c running Windows Mobile:

You must first install the Jbed MIDlet manager before you will be able to run any Java applications on your Windows Mobile device. Once installed, your phone will not generate an error and the download/installation of ESP will function properly.

You can download the installation files for the MIDlet manager from numerous forums and locations on the web. There is one available called J9 from IBM as well as the jbed mentioned above.

MyRapidMD cannot provide the install files for legal reasons, but a few forums that address this issue with links to downloads are as follows:

Some carriers pre-install a Java emulator on their devices (ex. AT&T). Microsoft may add Java compatibility without the need for additional downloads in future releases of their mobile OS but this cannot be confirmed.
