Trouble Uploading Photo File (with Firewall)
Trouble Uploading Photo File (with Firewall)
Solution
MyRapidMD requires that your uploaded photo file is in .jpg or .JPEG format. This is a common file type and most photo files can be changed to this format by using an image processing / editing software. We use this format to ASSURE that your photo can be displayed by ALL phones.
If you are uploading a .jpg or .JPEG photo file and experience an error, the most probable cause is your firewall, if active, may be preventing the upload.
Check your firewall settings (on your computer and/or your router or local network) to verify that outgoing files are allowed.
Your firewall MUST allow outgoing files from your computer in order for you to upload your photo to your ESP.
