Solution Remember to keep your ESP current by confirming your information at least every 90 days.

MyRapidMD will send you a reminder email and text (SMS) message every 90 days to keep your ESP current. When you receive the reminder, login to your account at https://www.myrapidmd.com/esp/esp_login.jsp and make any necessary changes. A new text message will be sent to your phone. Next time you login to your account, the time and date of your last login will be displayed.

IMPORTANT: If there are changes to your ESP information, make them as soon as possible to that your ESP is kept current.
